Can we order sibling images together?

Yes! Click on "Have you received another access code?" at access code login. You can enter a maximum of five access codes at the same time. This will unlock all available photos. You can order combined and save shipping costs.

I have received an access card with an access code - how can I order photos?

If you have received an access card with a personal access code, click on "ACCESS CODE LOGIN" in the main menu, then enter the access code and click on "Open album".

I have received an e-mail with access data - how can I order photos?

If you have received an e-mail with access data, then click on the button in the e-mail where you get to the album. You will then be taken to the "Customer login" page. Enter your access data here, i.e. e-mail address and the password you have received.

Where can we see the status of our order such as money received, production or shipping date?

The easiest way is to click on the link in your order email. Alternatively you can log in with password and your e-mail address at "KENNWORT-LOGIN" under "Kundenlogin". You will then find the order details under "My account". 

How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the payment method. When paying by PayPal and direct debit, the order is executed immediately. Prepayment payments usually take 3-4 days longer. On the other hand, the delivery time depends on the selected products. You can find the production times in the respective product information.

Will the logo (watermark) be removed from the image?

Of course! The watermark only serves to protect against illegal downloads.

What is the quality of prints, posters, etc.?

We work exclusively with selected specialist laboratories. These specialized laboratories use high-quality materials from reputable suppliers so as not to compromise on quality. Should a mistake still occur, we will of course take care of it.

Is it possible to adjust the image detail?

Yes, you have the possibility to do so in the shopping cart. If you reduce the image section, an enlargement of the respective area will be created. Look for the asterisks that indicate whether the resolution of the photo is sufficient for the enlargement. You can also crop a photo so that nothing of the subject is cut off.

I rarely order online - how can I order photos here?

Select a photo you like in a photo album and click on it. Then select the product of your choice, specify the quantity and click on the button: "Add to cart". Once you have added all the photos you like to the shopping cart, click on "Shopping Cart" in the upper right corner and follow the further instructions.

Availability

The photos can be ordered one month after they have been published in the gallery. For storage reasons, the photos will then be deleted.

Watermark

The watermark on the photos is only for protection. When you order the photos, the watermark on the photos will be removed. Both for the downloads and the print products.

Delivery time

After payment is received, the photos will be shipped to your home immediately. The delivery time is 2-3 days for most products. Digital downloads can be downloaded directly.

Quality

The photos are exposed by our specialized laboratory. We use only high quality and durable materials. Especially the Silk paper is suitable for portraits.
